Thank you to all of our friends and family members who are traveling to our wedding. It is truly appreciated, and we are very excited to spend the day with you! Lodging and transportation information is provided below. It will also be provided in the formal wedding invitations.

HotelRED

HotelRED is a new boutique hotel overlooking Camp Randall, and is located approximately 4 blocks, or 0.4 miles, from the reception location. It is 1.6 miles from the wedding ceremony. Rooms come with a kitchenette, robes/slippers, and some have a deck.

We have reserved:
- 'King Executive' rooms with one King-size bed. This room sleeps up to 2 people.
- 'King Studio' rooms with one King-size bed, and one sofa sleeper. This room sleeps up to four people.

Parking is free and accessible from Regent Street in a lot adjoining the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant available until 10pm, and bar available to 1am.

Shuttle

The hotel has a shuttle that will be available to all guests on a first-come, first-serve basis, and it fits six passengers. As the trip between the reception location and hotel takes about five minutes round trip, it should be relatively easy to accommodate everyone. The shuttle can be called at 608-819-8228, and runs until 1am. Parking and taxi information is available on the travel page.

Breakfast

For guests staying at HotelRED, Sue and Cliff Baker will be hosting an informal breakfast in their room the morning after the wedding. Expect something delicious that Sue’s whipped up, bagels and cream cheese, juice, and coffee.

The Best Western is 0.5 miles from the ceremony location, and 1.2 miles from the reception location. The hotel has a free parking lot adjoining the hotel, and also has an indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, cocktail lounge, and complimentary hot breakfast buffet.

- 'Single Rooms' with one King-size bed. This room sleeps up to 2 people.
- 'Double Rooms' with two queen-size beds. This room sleeps up to 4 people.

Shuttle
